In-Cider Orchard is a cider apple orchard being developed in central Minnesota, near the City of Brook Park.  The orchard is growing apple varieties that are prized by wineries, spirits distillers and hard cider makers.  Our goal is to serve the home cider maker,  as well as various commercial enterprises.  In late 2025, we completed construction of an apple processing building allowing us to process our whole apples into juice and freeze the juice in an on-site freezer.  We now offer bulk whole apple and juice sales to commercial customers.   For our home cider maker customers, in addition to whole apples, in 2026 we also plan to offer small container juice sales of some apple varieties . 

Phase One of the orchard development began in 2019, with 36 different apple varieties in a field that now supports over 2,600 trees.  Trees of various ages were planted, from newly grafted, to one and two year old nursery trees.  Since 2019, we have been adding new apple varieties to the orchard.  As of  2026, our orchard has expanded to 3,000 trees and from 36 to 51 different apple varieties.

Phase Two of the orchards development began the spring of 2025, in an 8 acre field.   This field will support over 1600 trees and we plan to tailor the tree varieties planted in this field based on feedback that we receive from our customers.  In 2026, an additional 400 trees will be planted in this field.

Phase Three of the orchard is an expansion area requiring additional fencing and will support an additional 800 trees.  When fully developed, the orchard will consist of about 5,000 trees.  Each tree is capable of producing 4-8 bushels of apples, resulting in an annual apple harvest of 30,000 bushels or 1,200,000 lbs of apples.  So please keep on making and drinking lots of fresh and hard apple cider.
