Medium size fruit. Bright red over yellow. Very pleasing flavor and texture. Honeyed, plenty of acidity, crisp, crackling, juicy flesh. Delicately flavored light, sweet and fruity. This variety has a complex mix of sweet and tart, but not overwhelming in either category. The cider can be used fresh and easily incorporated into the blend for nearly any hard cider. The fruit store well, 4-5 months.
